We made it home – at least we don’t have to pack EVERYTHING up and load up, then drive an hour home. 🙂 That makes a big difference for sure. We had a very nice evening to ease into things – got to see some wonderful friends and also make new ones. As usual, the observation hive continues to do its thing and attract crowds, young and old alike. We love it. Okay, so we have lots to share since I couldn’t post pictures from the coliseum due to the slow network or something. Notice the new banner in the top photo – we love it! Really adds a polished look to the booth. Below are other great things we want to share.
We won Grand Champion in the Home Products category. I still want to find out who else was in that category – like, was it that pickled rainbow trout?? 😉
Our shirts FINALLY came in late this afternoon. I won’t go into the details but let’s just say that although they look great and we will proudly wear them, there was a lot that happened differently than we were expecting based on what the vendor told us. Lessons learned will help us get better at all of this. 🙂
I was sooooo excited that I finally actually got to see two new baby bees beginning to hatch out of their cells! It was so awesome to be able to show that to people but even more awesome I got to be there to see it. I was simply amazed by the process in which they broke out of their cells. Pretty neat stuff.
