After the terrific “liking frenzy” on Facebook and then a great dinner, we are back to work on GBR business. Mark prepped inventory for two deliveries tomorrow, one of which will be to the delicious destination also known as Lily’s Cookies in San Antonio. I think we’ll be there in the afternoon – stop by if you are in the area. It’d be fun to see you there. I’ll tweet or FB when we get there. My little project for the evening is helping Mark prep for a project we’re working on, which we can’t give you too many details on just yet. But as soon as we can, we will. At any rate, check out this part of our project – we wanted a unique way to present some of our products. Bag? No. Basket? Maybe. Crate? Maybe. And then the Beekeeper Extraordinaire had it – why not a super? Genius. I love it. I had thought of it but then I figured he’d need it for the bees. Who knew the cost of this packaging ends up costing less than some of the baskets that we priced at the stores. And I love the look of this even more than the baskets we saw. It’s heavy. For me anyway. 🙂
And here’s a peek inside the box – what do you think? We put a nice little selection of the different honeys we currently offer along with some beeswax products and a honey dipper. We’ll put a little local honey in also but I just didn’t have it in there yet when I snapped some shots. Well, here’s to a productive day tomorrow. We’ll update you and give you all the information about this project tomorrow evening!
By the way, THANK YOU for helping us reach 200 likes on Facebook. Social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter and blogs have really helped us spread the word on GBR. 🙂
